Terms of Service

By installing or using QuickReward Loyal Point ("the App") on your Shopify store, you ("the Merchant") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

The App provides a loyalty & rewards program: points earning and redemption, tiers, referrals, cashback, reviews and related merchant tools. Features available depend on your subscription plan.

Paid plans are billed monthly through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Plans may include a free trial. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the App's billing settings; cancellation stops future charges and reverts you to the Free plan. Fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access, abuse the rewards mechanics fraudulently, or use it to violate Shopify's terms or applicable law. We may suspend access for breach.

Your and your customers' data is handled per our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers' data and for your own store's privacy disclosures.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Loyalty balances are maintained on a best-effort, auditable ledger.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the App is limited to the fees you paid for it in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update the App and these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Uninstalling the App terminates these Terms; your store data is deleted within 48 hours of uninstall (or per a compliance request).
