Privacy Policy

QuickReward Loyal Point ("the App") is a loyalty & rewards application installed by Shopify merchants on their stores. This policy explains what data the App processes, why, how it is protected, and the choices available to merchants and their customers.

• Store & merchant data: shop domain, plan, and the access token issued during installation.
• Customer identifiers: Shopify customer ID, name, and email — used to identify a customer's loyalty account and send reward notifications.
• Order data: order totals, line items, payment status, and fulfillment status — used to calculate and award/redeem loyalty points, tiers, cashback, referrals and reviews.

We request only the fields required to operate the loyalty program (least-privilege scopes) and do not collect payment-card numbers or government identifiers.

To operate the loyalty & rewards program: identify returning customers, attribute orders to their account, calculate and award/redeem points and tiers, run referrals, cashback and reviews, and send program notifications. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

We store the minimum identifiers (Shopify customer ID, name, email) plus an immutable points ledger. Data is retained while the merchant's subscription is active and is deleted within 48 hours of the App being uninstalled, or upon a Shopify customers/redact request.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access tokens and personal data are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to authorized application processes using least-privilege scopes.

The App is hosted on our own server infrastructure. Email and SMS notifications are sent only through a provider the merchant chooses to connect, and only when the merchant enables notifications. We do not share customer data with any other third parties.

We honor Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks: customers/data_request (data export), customers/redact (customer deletion), and shop/redact (full store data deletion after uninstall). Merchants and their customers may request access to, or deletion of, personal data at any time via these mechanisms or by contacting us.
